this is a wonderful post, Sumayya! i am going to send it to a few of my friends and family. We are grieving the loss of a sister who died way too young (72 is young IMO). This would have been a nice post to send her as well because she and I have had similar self-critical images of ourselves. I just wonder where and why that starts...in childhood? Lets get over this rediculous idea that we're never good enough and enjoy life!
